Throughout my time at High Times Magazine I had the opportunity to handle production for a variety of different styles of media. I developed and shot a few pieces on basic subjects with a close-up, almost macro style. This kind of table top production was easy to handle in the available space in our office so we didn't need budget for space and lighting rentals.

When budget allowed and the client was interested I developed a more complicated animation/green screen piece to handle the need for native advertising in a simple instructional video about vaporizer care.

For location shoots we often employed twice cameras to get the details of a process without having to shoot seperate takes for each angle.

When shoots had to be done in our office, I focused on green screen and tabletop footage to build pieces.

The first big project I ever did for thier office was a episodic cooking series featuring a machine that processes cannabis into the necessary oils/fat that people use to cook with it.
